Selling online shouldn’t feel like a gamble. But if you’ve ever been ghosted after holding an item, or wasted time answering DMs that never lead to payment, you know how frustrating and risky it can be.
That’s where Kweeqpay comes in. We make it easy to request payment upfront, keep everything documented, and ensure that you’ll never have to chase a buyer again!
Check out our step-by-step guide below to see how you can create a transaction and get paid with confidence!
Step 1: Create an Account or Log In
Begin by setting up an account using your email. You’ll then be prompted to fill in your personal details like your phone number and address. We also require a government-issued ID to verify your identity; this helps us maintain a safe and scam-free environment for everyone.
Step 2: Create a Transaction
Once you’re logged in, go to your dashboard and tap “New Transaction”
As a seller, select “Request Payment” to start building your transaction.
Step 3: Enter the Deal Details
Fill in all the important information like:
- The payment you’re requesting
- A short description of the product or service you’re selling
- Whether you’re selling a product or service
- The recipient’s email and phone number
Step 4: Generate and Share the Transaction Link
Click “Continue” to generate your custom payment link.
Send the link to your buyer via text, email, or DM—whatever works best for you.
- KweeqTip: If your buyer is new to Kweeqpay, they’ll be asked to create an account and verify their identity before they can pay!
Step 5: Request Your Payout
Once the deal has been completed, you can request a payment from the buyer.
From your dashboard, find the transaction and tap “Request Payout”
- KweeqTip: Including evidence of completion is helpful in case of disputes!
Step 6: Receive Your Money
After requesting a payout, the buyer is guided through the payment process on their end. Once complete, Kweeqpay releases the funds directly to your bank account.
And that’s it! You can now get paid securely, with no chasing, no scams, and no stress.
